Due to the tiny form factor of the BlackMagic Design Micro Cinema Camera, you're probably going to run into many small issues. One problem is if your lens is too big, the camera may not sit properly on a QR plate or tripod. So you'll have to raise it up.
Another problem is if you're using a basic rail plate, the lens may not center to a Mattebox. So if you're planning to build out a rig, you may want to use a base with adjustable height rod clamp. Something like this 15mm Baseplate (below) is a good start for building out your Blackmagic Design Micro Cinema Cameras.
