  1. I'm interested in cards that would work well with the hacked GH2. And Vitaly in general recommends the Sandisk Extreme Pro with 95 mb/s read/write. Sandisk has a version with 45 mb/s write speeds closer to the Sony price I believe.

@apostolos - They both have two ratings, and the Sandisk is a bit deceiving. They are both rated with a 'Class 10' and a 'UHS Class 1', offering up to 95MB/s read and 90MB/s write speeds.

The Sony Product specifications are defined more 'clearly' than what Sandisk has listed (a bit deceiving). Here's a quote from the Sony Spec:

"Class 10 rating enables them to deliver minimum write speeds of 10MB/s, but their Ultra High Speed Class 1 designation gives them maximum write speeds of up to 45MB/s. This UHS-I classification also gives the cards blazing-fast maximum read speeds of 94MB/s."

    it's a great deal!
but i have one advice for those who are looking for this kind of card to use with raised bitrate on your canon with magic lantern installed. i have one from sandisk and it doesn't allow me to shoot with higher bitrate ratio than 1.3x

That's pretty cheap and fast. Anybody ever use Sony SD cards? Seems like they put all of their r&d into that stupid memory stick format so I wonder about these.
