    I owned this cam.

Decent enough but blurry on the longer side. Codec didn'tt hold up great with too much stuff going on.

However, the cam overall is a steal at $300. Lots of versatility with those tradeoffs.

The lens, according to the Adorama spec page, is a

    Leica DC Vario-Elmarit, 14 elements in 11 groups 5 Aspheric, 3 ED

EFL: 4.5-108 mm (35 mm equivalent: 25-600 mm)
    Aperture: f/2.8 (W) - 2.8 (T) to f/8.0

It is f/2.8 only at the wide position and is actually a 4.5-108mm 24x zoom. F/8 at the 108mm setting.

It has a 1/2.3" sensor. The resolution of the sensor is large enough that a 1920x1080 central area can be used to make the lens effectively 48x without losing video resolution.

One interesting capability is its ability to record 120 frames per second in HD video.

Looking at the video, it appears to produce stunning video at least in daylight, even at its 48x extension.
