Ohh, me want! A little pricey tho. I guess that’s why the guy keeps stressing a camera for professionals.

the math indicates that the sensor is 79% of APS-C. Gulp.

I sure hope that wasn’t Canon’s answer to Nikon’s D4. =]

There’s a live discussion going on with Canon and the rep says it has better low light and noise capability than the 7D and 60D because of DIGIC 5. No manual control over video exposure.

I believe this will be sold along side the G12 and not as a replacement. But it does look pretty awesome.

Engadget.com reports that this is not a replacement for the G12. It will be sold along with the G12.

Yay! A flippy-screen!

The 1Dx is still fairly new. It’s not smart to run out and try to top something that the competition JUST announced.

No manual video control? Are you kidding me? This might not have interchangeable lenses but this thing could go head to head with the GH2 if the video features were good. The sensor size is fantastic.

Nice build in ND, wish my 600d had that.

Built-in 3-stop ND filter – WOW!! (I’m not being sarcastic.)
I really hope built-in ND filters becomes standard.
BTW, was that 28mm 35mm equivalent or crop equi.?

Why is I’m flying out as you are flying in each time. Check out the Audi booth, the lighting is something else.

I have G10 but wished for much better ISO performance, like my 5Dii so hugh kudos to canon for the increase in sensor size and related performance but really wished the styling of the G1x was much Fuji xPro1 and less 80’s. for me its a design opportunity missed. But will probably end up buying one anyway!
